A volunteer, elected Board of Directors manages YANA Club operations in accordance with federal, state, county, and municipal laws, insurance regulations, and the By-Laws of the corporation.
The Board establishes and enforces policies for the use of the YANA Club and for maintenance of its structural, mechanical, and fiscal stability. The Board manages day-to-day operations and is fiscally responsible for covering expenses and ensuring that capital funds are available for major repairs and improvements.
The current Board of Directors is shown below. Elections for Directors are held annually in February, with candidate nominations due a month prior.
